My name is Bryan Romano Farani. I am Brazilian, living in Estonia for 8 years, former professional volleyball player and certified personal trainer for a little over 12 years, plus over 20 years of training in the gym.  

My main objective when training someone, is to take this person towards their goals as safe and fast as possible through unconditional dedication to progress and self development, mine and yours too. I will use only scientifically proven methods that can produce results and keep you injury free.

You will get stronger both physically, and most importantly, mentally. Together we will do the kind of stuff you never thought you could. From the moment you decide to be my trainee, I don’t care about your gender, skin color, political views, or anything like that. I care about you as a human being, and if you can work hard towards your goals.

Jüri came to me as a boy who never lifted a 5kg plate off the floor. One of his first sentences was “I want to be a bodybuilder”.
At the beginning I was skeptical about it, because bodybuilding is not easy at all. But here we are, 5 years training together, several competitions later, still going, and I can see every day his development both mental and physical.

Helen – I thought lifting 10 kg is my maximum at the gym. Now I know that it might be even ten times higher. Acknowledging and pushing my limits is definitely something, I would have never done by myself.

It is mental and physical therapy. I had a dream of squatting 100kg, dream that I would never thought could happen and thanks to Bryan I did it.
He challenges me to be better, to do better, not only in the gym but in life. I went to train with him thinking of I want to get over the fear of gym and what I actually got was a friend and a whole lot stronger, the fear also no longer exists.
