My journey
How I got here
At the age of 13 I started playing volleyball in my small city in Brazil (Valença – RJ). At that same day, the 2nd of February of 1999 I started going to the gym, right after my volleyball training. I immediately fell in love with both, knowing that’s what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.
As the years passed, I turned into professional volleyball at the age of 16, already living in the State of São Paulo, where I would spend another 7 years playing in different clubs and gathering all the possible titles of all the championships I played. Back in 2009 was when my international adventures started, having traveled to play in Saudi Arabia, Spain, Lebanon, Belgium, France and at last, Estonia.

Well, at that point I knew pretty well already that I wanted to be a personal trainer, in fact I knew it since I turned pro, at 16 years old. I was absolutely in love with training people and being able to take the human body further to increase health markers, body composition and performance in general.
Already back in 2008 I started studying about all the subjects involved in this matter (anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, etc), acquiring many different certifications from different countries, having a total of over 20 of them nowadays.

Having a professional athlete life and also having practiced sports my whole life (my first life memories are on the soccer field on Sunday mornings with my dad, at the age of 4-5 more or less) made me build very strong core concepts of how training should be performed and what kind of principles should be followed on the path to success, whether you are a professional athlete or an absolute beginner.
Discipline, determination and hard work: Discipline to do what has to be done, when it has to be done whether you like it or not. Determination to set an objective and not stop pursuing it for any reason. And Hard Work, because the only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary. Those are the values I want to share with YOU, and be part of your journey, sharing amazing moments only the weights can offer. I’m sure if you come to the gym with an open mind, a whole new world will open before your eyes!

Right now I’m working in MyFitness (mostly Mustamäe and Ülemiste) with over 20 different people, from all ages, heights, body types and objectives as well, including professional athletes (Estonian National Beach Volleyball Team). And some days my working day starts at 6:30AM and ends after 10PM.
I am specialist in strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, knee injuries and disc herniations. I’m mainly focused in self-improvement through studies and my own training as well, and the thing I care the most about in my trainees is responsibility and accountability with their health and trainings. So if you are someone looking forward to improve yourself, and taking the process seriously, I’m waiting for YOU!!!
