Anna-Liisa Sutt
Training Anna-Liisa is not easy, and she knows that. I joke with her saying “you’re my biggest headache”.
Anna-Liisa is a former volleyball player with several injuries and surgeries through her body, and also an Eating Disorder survivor. When we met she was anorexic and bulimic. It has been a hell of a road for both of us. I am forever grateful for having the opportunity to work with her and learning so much from her past.

Tarmo Raud
Tarmo is one of the fiercest people I have ever trained. His mindset is second to none when it comes to giving it all. He is the kind of guy that, if I ask him to jump out of the window, he asks me how many times, so much he trusts me.
Unfortunately because of the distance we are not training together anymore on a daily basis, but whenever I go to Pärnu, we make sure to schedule a couple training sessions.

Raivo Nööp
The first time Raivo came to me was a gift from a friend, one leg day training together. I remember he told me before the training to go full power on him. After the training, with legs properly shaking, he was excited about starting to work together.
Because of life circumstances we couldn’t keep up working, but that’s a guy I would work with again at any time.

Martin Kruusement
Martin came to me having never lifted any weights, and moving pretty fast towards obesity. At the beginning I didn’t know him that much yet, but something told me he was quite serious about the training process.
7 months later, Martin had lost already 12kg, and was doing deadlifts with 2.23x his body weight (170kg total), which is outstanding for a beginner. His mindset during training is extremely focused and the results speak for themselves.

Jüri Altmets
Jüri came to me as a boy who never lifted a 5kg plate off the floor. One of his first sentences was “I want to be a bodybuilder”.
At the beginning I was skeptical about it, because bodybuilding is not easy at all. But here we are, 5 years training together, several competitions later, still going, and I can see every day his development both mental and physical.

Lucas Cesar
Lucas is Brazilian like me, and we met for the first time in the gym. Very quickly we got along and we started training together.
From day 1 Lucas put in the effort to improve both his mind and body, and now he is also studying to become a personal trainer, which gives me an immense pleasure for being an influence in his life.
