Testimonials
Trainee's kind words
“Working with Bryan was a spectacular experience. I gained a lot of strength in very specific muscle groups, also mobility and range of motion. All those factors helped increase my performance in the court.
I absolutely recommend Bryan’s work to anybody searching for a serious and competent professional.

I have been working out on a daily base over the years. I had been doing the same routine with weights for a while with the same results and it was getting boring. Then I found out Bryan, a former volleyball teammate became a trainer. I didn’t know what to expect, but was more than impressed by Bryan’s professionalism doing something new.
He has incredible knowledge, patience, and energy. I learned how to change a routine correctly and work every muscle group. He taught me how to lift weights with proper form for maximum results. I was looking to be challenged, and each new program pushed me to my max and provided results. Each session was a plus to my goals with great intensity, encouragement and energy. I very highly recommend Bryan’s Personal Training.

Kaarel – What we value the most about Bryan is a very professional, scientific-based approach and very respectful attitude towards sports in general and his trainees as well.
Kristina – Bryan has changed in a very positive way my attitude towards gym and weightlifting for what I’m very grateful!

Helen – I thought lifting 10 kg is my maximum at the gym. Now I know that it might be even ten times higher. Acknowledging and pushing my limits is definitely something, I would have never done by myself.
Kalmer – You instantly recognize Bryan’s trainees at the gym. We are doing exercises I’ve never seen anyone else doing before. Some Youtube-squatters and ego-lifters give their looks, but hey, who cares, as long there are results.

I have never made a better choice in my life than take Bryan as my trainer. Almost 2 years of training together and somehow gym has become my sanctuary and the trainings with him even more than that. It is mental and physical therapy. I had a dream of squatting 100kg, dream that I would never thought could happen and thanks to Bryan I did it.
He challenges me to be better, to do better, not only in the gym but in life. I went to train with him thinking of I want to get over the fear of gym and what I actually got was a friend and a whole lot stronger, the fear also no longer exists.

For now we have been training together over a year and there is one thing I can say: the trainings with him are hard. I mean, really hard. He pushes your limits 101%. He even believes in you more than you do yourself. There have been times when I think I can’t do any more reps and Bryan shouts behind my back: „One more!“ and you do it or at least you try to do it. It is a love-and-hate relationship for sure. But I have always believed that you need to step out of your comfort zone in order to become stronger and grow.
But most of all I value the change of my mindset. Bryan always tells that it all begins from the head. If you come to training and your mindset is focused on success then growth will happen.

Training with Bryan has changed me and my trainings a lot. He has taught me to push my physical limits (weights I never thought I could lift but also keeping a good technique).
Maybe more importantly he has taught me how to push my mental limits, how to stop finding excuses and believe in myself and my abilities. You can never put a price on that.

I have been trained by Bryan long enough for some to mistake us a boy and his father. That’s about 5 years. I have been to the bodybuilding stage multiple times, all of them have been with Bryan.
He can be best described as funny but serious and as a man of many talents. He leaves no stones unturned and puts just as much faith in you as you put in him. It has been apparent from the start that his work is based on studies, including but not limited to his own educational background and experience gathered over the years.

HARD WORK. I have learned during my 12 years as a professional volleyball player that only hard work and dedication will take you one step further. Being able to push your boundaries, both psychological and physical, is the best way to grow confidence and achieve your objectives.

It depends on your objective and also on your dedication. No trainer can make miracles. You will always FEEL the results before SEEING them.

No. You will have periods where you will train a bit less. The trainings will be as hard as you are prepared to do, both psychologically and physically.

I recommend the regular person (non athlete, no competition goals) around 3-4 times per week. That’s more than enough to have good results.

I guarantee excellence in my work, and also that each cent you decide to put in my work will be worth it. Results depend a lot on your effort too.

Most will keep training for over 2 or 3 years. Indeed I prefer to work with people who will take it seriously and understand that I am not a baby sitter, and I will not pat you on the back for everything you do. Indeed I will correct your mistakes all the time, and demand from you 100% from what you can do, and obviously congratulate you for the effort. How Frequently should I see a trainer? Do you train high level and competitive athletes too? Do you do any health screening? Do you have qualifications?

Seeing a trainer more often will always lead to safer and more efficient trainings. Ask yourself how much you are willing to invest in the trainer’s work.

Yes, in fact training athletes is my passion. I have worked with several swimmers here in Estonia (we even had World Championship and European Championship qualifications, plus many National titles), bodybuilders, volleyball teams, basketball teams, football players from Estonian Youth National Team, etc.

Yes. We will start with a full postural (static and dynamic) assessment, biomechanical assessment (mobility and flexibility issues), body composition analysis, and health historical. Only then we will proceed with your trainings. Do not expect to come to me and start lifting on the first day we meet.

Yes, most of them from Brazil. I am NASM-CPT, and I have a total of 21 different certificates in Personal Training, Sports Physiology, Biomechanics of Strength Training, and also very specific certificates regarding Disc Herniations, Strength and Mass Training Methods and Biomechanical Assessment from Charles Poliquin’s Strength Sensei, etc, plus over 22 years of practical experience lifting weights.
