Possible FAQ

HARD WORK. I have learned during my 12 years as a professional volleyball player that only hard work and dedication will take you one step further. Being able to push your boundaries, both psychological and physical, is the best way to grow confidence and achieve your objectives.
It depends on your objective and also on your dedication. No trainer can make miracles. You will always FEEL the results before SEEING them.
No. You will have periods where you will train a bit less. The trainings will be as hard as you are prepared to do, both psychologically and physically.
I recommend the regular person (non athlete, no competition goals) around 3-4 times per week. That’s more than enough to have good results.
I guarantee excellence in my work, and also that each cent you decide to put in my work will be worth it. Results depend a lot on your effort too.
Seeing a trainer more often will always lead to safer and more efficient trainings. Ask yourself how much you are willing to invest in the trainer’s work.
Yes, in fact training athletes is my passion. I have worked with several swimmers here in Estonia (we even had World Championship and European Championship qualifications, plus many National titles), bodybuilders, volleyball teams, basketball teams, football players from Estonian Youth National Team, etc.
Yes. We will start with a full postural (static and dynamic) assessment, biomechanical assessment (mobility and flexibility issues), body composition analysis, and health historical. Only then we will proceed with your trainings. Do not expect to come to me and start lifting on the first day we meet.
Yes, most of them from Brazil. I am NASM-CPT, and I have a total of 21 different certificates in Personal Training, Sports Physiology, Biomechanics of Strength Training, and also very specific certificates regarding Disc Herniations, Strength and Mass Training Methods and Biomechanical Assessment from Charles Poliquin’s Strength Sensei, etc, plus over 22 years of practical experience lifting weights.
